Institutional Examination Copy Requests:
If you teach a course in Canada or the United States and a
Fitzhenry & Whiteside title is a realistic adoption possibility, Fitzhenry &
Whiteside will be glad to send you a complimentary examination copy. Please
e-mail or write to us. Be sure to include the title and author of the book and
your return address.
For e-mail requests send your request using your e-mail address
at the institution to bookinfo@fitzhenry.ca.
For written request send your request on your school or
